What to do?

Hello from the soaking wet Goldfields of Western Australia.
Yes, it's supposed to be spring, with lovely weather as we approach the beginning of summer. I think someone forgot to tell Mother Nature that.
Our internet (which is a new provider that we just switched to a few days ago) has been out more than it's been on since yesterday afternoon when we first started hearing rolling thunder and seeing flashes of lightning.
We woke to blue skies, and scoffed at the weather bureau when they said we were going to get storms. Not the first time they've said that that it hasn't eventuated. We think they normally just throw a dart at the map. Then they issue a severe weather warning late yesterday afternoon for large hail, heavy rain, and wind gusts around the 60/70km mark.
We've had non-stop rain since the early hours of this morning (but thankfully, no large hail like they predicted), thunder cracks so deafening the floor boards on the house vibrated and the sound scared the proverbial shit out of hubby and I - along with the 2 cats who must have the world had come to an end, and lightning so bright, it was freaking blinding.
So, what do you do when there's no internet? You finish a book you were working on, that's what you do!
Yes - I FINALLY FINISHED HIS WORD ... DETRACTION!!!
Woo, hoo - time for a party to celebrate!
Now, it's editing mode. Fingers crossed that nothing pops up in real life to throw me off kilter ... I should be able to release it sometime in the first week of December! That's about as specific as I can get at the moment. I've already done the first round of edits of chapters 1 through to 5. So, things are looking good. Except there are 29 chapters, and it turned out about 5k words longer than I anticipated.
Now all I have to do is come up with a blurb - not one of my strong points, and I'm the first to admit that. Something may come up while I'm editing. I may have the front cover to reveal before the week is out.
Levi: You know you're going to have to write another book, right?
Me: Yes - I've already got the title of that one *tells him on the quiet - no one needs to know the title yet*
Sebastian: *sniggering* - That's not what he meant *raises an eyebrow at me*
Me: *putting my foot down* There is ONE more book in this series.
Nathan: *come's out of the shadows* For once, I agree with Webber. There's going to be four books in this series.
Me: No, there's not. There's only going to be three.
Levi: *raises both brows and uses his stern voice* There is no way in hell you're going to answer everything that requires answering, in just one book. It's going to take two.
Blaze: *clears his throat - noisily* I think you've spent enough time on them. It's my turn.
Levi : Where the hell did he come from?
Sebastian: *glares at Blaze* Who in the fuck is that?
Blaze: *stares Sebastian down* I can make you disappear under a concrete slab if you don't watch your tone with me.
Me: *interrupting the level of testosterone* Hey now, there's no need for that, Blaze. I'll get to you all in good time.
Blaze: *smirks with one brow raised* There better a ... good time in it for me."
Me: *Rolling my eyes* Good lord ...
Nathan: *laughs aloud*
Levi: *chuckles*
Sebastian: *snorts* The good lord ain't about to help you, sweetheart.
Me: *sighs and bangs my forehead on my table* I don't why I bother trying to argue with them!
So, it looks like there might be two more books in the Shattered Series, not just one. I already have one title, though, and it has to be the final one, so now I might be stuck with what the next book is going to be titled if there are going to be four in the end. I'm still going to try for three. And somewhere along the way, I have to get to finish William's story in the Lucifer's Play Ground series, then get to Lane and Blaze, before Blaze becomes a pain in my ass!
So, I hope you all stay safe and well.
Have a great afternoon, evening, night, or morning.
*Edited to add ... What the hell ... I'll do the cover reveal here and now.
