Beautiful sunrise from the Goldfields this morning - taken from out the front of our house.
Had to get up and leave home early for a doctor's appointment in the next town - yep - that's how rural I live. Want anything (shoes, clothes, doctor, pharmacist, take-out...the list goes on), you gotta travel 140 kilometres (round trip). Was supposed to have my flu jab, along with hubby, but, Murphy's Law kicked in - they didn't have the jab to give me! Ugh. All that way for nothing. You'd think they'd tell you when you make the appointment (a week in advance) that they'd run out and hadn't got another delivery, yet, wouldn't you? So, sometime over the next few days, I'm going to have to go back for the jab! Hubby got his, though. He has diabetes, so he gets one from the government, whereas I have to pay for mine.
Now, it's time for some writing... Have a wonderful day (or night).
