Hello from the Goldfields ...

Hello from the Goldfields of Western Australia. I haven't been on for a while ... how you all doing?

Had to log on this evening because today, 18th September, is a very special day. The gorgeous little bean you see accompanying this post is our Grandson, Laike - and he turned ONE today! How in the heck did that happen? Seems like a few weeks ago I was sweating on a phone call from our son to hear when little bean entered the world. What a cutie - but I may be biased.

I hope he knows how much he's loved by his Grandma and Grandy.
