Good morning from the freezing Goldfields of Western Australia.

The app said 4 degrees, but feels like 0.5 degrees. It certainly felt like it. Have to take a glove off to take the photos on the phone. By the time photos were finished, it felt like the fingers were going to snap off. Brrr.

Have been out of action for a couple of days. Hubby had a gut wog that he has kindly shared, so missed the sunrise for a few days.

Some of you may know about the 'doing own nails' thing - have tried a few different ways - don't like acrylic (smelly and hard to do properly and you have to be quick as it goes off rather fast), have also tried full coverage tips with polygel - that one works quite well - and have tried white tips with clear polygel - makes them look like a French manicure and quite liked them - and the other day tried full polygel nails using duoforms - sort of like a mold - all of which require curing under a lamp. The duoform ones are a little hard to do first off - the first 2 times nails wouldn't go hard, so after investigating why, tried to correct that - and finally, success. They worked. Polygel nails photo below. It's colored gel, so they don't have to be painted - they can be, you just don't need to if you don't want to.

Anyway, have to get back into editing - quite like the story so far - some of my fans will like this one. 😉
