Good morning from the Goldfields of Western Australia.

How are you all? I know, missing again for a few days. I've been busy.

Just a quick update on our daughter; she's doing fine. Covid kicked her butt for a few days, but she's out of isolation now. She reckoned she was slowly going mad.

For the past week and a bit, I've started walking again. Photos from this morning are attached. Along with one pic of the gorgeous dog that greet us (yes, hubby walks with me) every morning. They're so good. As most of you know, I'm NOT a dog person. They scare the shit out of me. But these two just wait to greet us at their gate, with tails wagging when we say hello, and they don't make a sound. Unlike other ones who try their darndest to get out to attack which is why we now take another route when we walk - there's no way I can outrun a nasty dog.

A couple of weeks before that, I helped hubby with some concreting - all I did was carry 2 buckets of concrete - in a normal, household bucket, not anything big, but that was enough to put my back out again to the point where I couldn't walk without an aid to help me. My God, did it hurt. All better now - except for the sciatic nerve which is really pissing me off. When the back went out again, I phoned the doctor for an appointment, and he sent off a referral for another guided needle to go in my lower back. It took a few weeks, but the hospital finally called with an appointment date - at the end of April. Seriously? Even though my back isn't anywhere near as painful as when the doc sent off the referral, the sciatic nerve has increased in pain, so I will be going to the appointment so that nerve gets zapped.

I've also gotta tell you all about some editing I've been doing - a new author, Ashleigh Morgan - I've done 2 manuscripts for her - the first, In & Out - which is an erotic novel that I enjoyed - and the second, She Replaced Me is a little bit erotic, with a touch of Sci-fi/Paranormal. I'll attach the covers for you so you'll know what to look for if you're searching for a new author. I've also done one other for my friend, Emily Foxx - titled Never Too Late. That's with her beta readers at the moment, but when she's ready to publish it, I'll post her cover for you all.

Well, that's about it. I've caught you all up on what's been happening for me lately, so what's been happening with all of you?

Hope you have a wonderful morning, afternoon, evening or night.
