Covid has hit our family.

Our daughter sent us a text yesterday afternoon. S
he has tested positive for Covid.
She was vomiting, had body aches, a fever of 39/40 degrees , a really bad throat and cough, and a headache.
There's nothing I can do. We're 7 hours away. I feel so helpless.
