This book kept me turning the pages so fast I read the book in one sitting. I was so on edge about some of the book, to the point I did not think my heart or mind would make it through, but it was very tastefully done. I loved that this book was not another wam-bam thank you ma'am book. The author took her time developing the characters. She had them go through hardships along with scary as hell situations that can and do happen everyday to women and men. I loved she had Alison react how some victims do, it felt organic not force with the Alison's personality, even though we really want her to act the other way. I cannot wait for the next book to come out. I want to see how the Blake situation turns out. I felt he was going to jump out every time Alison was by herself, it put me on the edge of my sit when I was turning the page. I want to see if Alison follows her bodies lead or her minds lead when it comes to Jaxon. I would recommend this book to my friends and anyone who loves erotica, just be aware there are some very hard scenes to read.
